  • What if this is my first time?

    Have no fear! All of our classes are beginner-friendly and our instructors are trained to assist all levels.

    We highly recommend that you arrive 15 minutes before class to check in. This will allow our crew to set you up properly on the bike. Please keep in mind it is our policy that if you are not signed within 4 minutes before the start of class, your bike will be released. If you are running late, please give us a call. Once class has started, there is a 4 minute grace period before we won’t allow riders into class for safety reasons.

    During class, please listen to your body and take breaks and modifications given by the Instructor when needed. Our Instructors are trained to lead a class for all levels but you absolutely do not have to do anything that does not feel good.

    We offer earplugs for music if needed, please ask our Front Desk Crew.

  • What do I need to ride? Do I need shoes?

    We recommend athletic leisure and fitted bottoms. Whatever you are the most comfortable in — but keep in mind — we will get sweaty!

    Our bikes are SPD/Delta compatible. We offer shoe rentals for $3, but your first ride comes with complimentary shoe rental. Be sure to bring a pair of clean socks. Socks are required with shoe rental.

  • How do I sign up for classes?

    You will need to create a new account in order to schedule and manage your classes. You will need a valid class credit or membership to reserve a bike. To buy a class credit or membership, please sign up via the app or website.

    Our minimum age is 16 and height minimum is 4’11” to participate in our classes. Minors will need consent by a parent or legal guardian and approval by Rise Studio.

    Be sure to arrive at least 15 minutes early to your class, especially if it’s your first time so we can set you up properly!

  • When does the schedule go live?

    The schedule goes live every Monday at 12pm HST for class schedules and booking.

  • How do I cancel a class?

    You may do so without penalty by canceling online or via the mobile app no later than 5PM the evening before your scheduled class. Classes canceled after 5PM will result in a loss of credit for that class.

    Cancellations must be done online. We do not accept cancellations via email or social media platforms.

  • What if I No Show? Or if I'm running late?

    NO Show will result in a loss of credit for the class.

    If you are running late, we have a 4 minute grace period before we release your bike. If you have not arrived 4 minutes before the class start time, your bike will be released. Please call Rise Studio to if you are running late.

  • How does the waitlist work?

    We can hold your bike up until 4 minutes before class. Please call Rise Studio if you are running late. Do not be discouraged, the waitlist works!

    12 hrs before class: If a bike opens up, you will be automatically added into the class, and will receive an email notification. No confirmation is required by the rider, the cancellation policy will be in effect if you are added to class, please cancel before 5PM the evening prior to class.

    1-2 hr before class: Riders still on the waitlist will be notified 1 hour prior to class. We will only contact you if a bike opens up via phone call. You will not be charged if cannot be reached. If you no show once we confirm, the cancellation policy will apply.

  • How do credits + memberships work?

    INDIVIDUAL CLASSES: Individual classes are non-refundable.

    CREDIT PACKS: Classes are sold in packages and have an expiration date. 1 class = 1 credit.

    MONTHLY MEMBERSHIPS: Memberships are a monthly recurring auto-payment. Unused classes do not carry over.

    What class packages memberships do you offer? We offer a monthly recurring 4-class pack, 8-class pack, class packages and memberships.

  • Does the studio have a bathroom? What about showers?

    Yes, keys are available at the front desk. Please ask our staff.

    Unfortunately, we do not have showers. We offer towels and toiletries items!

  • Do you provide water?

    Yes! We have a filtered-water dispenser and RISE branded reusable water bottles for retail.

  • Can I ride if I am pregnant, is it safe?

    
Yes! We have many riders who ride throughout their pregnancy. It is important to confirm with your doctor!

  • Are there any safety precautions due to COVID-19?

    Rise Studio is heavily cleaned and sanitized daily. We do not require masks and or vaccination cards.
